How do I make changes to my order?Updated 3 months ago

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours so if you need to change or cancel an order please contact us right away and we will do our best to help and accommodate.

Once orders have shipped, we cannot make any further changes and the buyer resumes the responsibility for any additional charges or fees associated with changes after shipping such as returns or rerouting orders.

To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
